Antwan has almost 25 years experience teaching tennis to people age 5 to 75 and is certified by the U.S. Professional Tennis Association as an Elite level tennis coach.  He started playing tennis at Oak Park Tennis Center in the mid 1980’s, then worked as an assistant teaching pro and racquet stringer in the OPTC Pro Shop.  From there he went to In Shape West Lane for about 6 years, where he gained enough experience and confidence to become the Head Professional at In Shape in Tracy for 11 years, coaching the ladies league teams to multiple first place finishes. He then became the Director of Junior Tennis at the Diamond Hills Sports Club and Spa in Oakley CA.  

Antwan coached his own children and many others to become high ranking USTA tournament level competitors for 7 years. 

Now he is back “home” at the Oak Park Tennis Center, where he now coaches the ladies league teams, private lessons, juniors (next page) and adult tennis classes and leagues.
